BTS's Jimin has claimed the top spot in the 'October Birthday Idol' vote, reflecting the immense love from ARMYs. The global fandom platform 'UPICK' held the vote from September 19 to October 5, and Jimin topped the chart for the second consecutive year. The vote was held for idols born in October, and after a fierce competition, Jimin secured 173,341,358 votes to claim first place. Following him were Enhypen's Heeseung, Seventeen's Jeonghan, Stray Kids' Lee Know, and &TEAM's K.

As the winner, Jimin will be featured in an advertisement on the art canvas screen at Times Square in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul. BTS fans often refer to October as "Jimin-tober" (Jimin + October) in celebration of his birthday on October 13, and this ad, won through fan voting, will be another meaningful event to honor him.

Despite currently serving in the military, Jimin has continued to share various content with fans, including album releases and exhibitions. His second solo album MUSE, released in July, dominated global charts, reaffirming his popularity. Additionally, starting from October 11, he will hold an exhibition titled The Truth Untold:  to look back on his solo career, giving fans another cherished memory.

Currently, UPICK is also holding votes for 'Idol of the Month' and 'Best Idol Dancer.' Enhypen's Ni-ki, Twice's Dahyun, and ZEROBASEONE's Zhang Hao are leading in the 'Idol of the Month' category, while BTS's J-Hope, EXO's Kai, and Twice's Momo are leading in the 'Best Idol Dancer' category, keeping the voting competition intense.
