BLACKPINK's Jennie has set a new personal and career milestone on Spotify with her latest single Mantra.
According to Spotify's Daily Top Songs Global chart (as of October 11), Jennie’s new single Mantra, released on October 11, garnered 5,247,858 streams on its first day, debuting at number 5. This marks Jennie’s highest achievement for a solo track and the top ranking among new entries on the chart for that day.
Additionally, Mantra ranked 57th on the Daily Top Songs in the U.S. with 559,620 streams. The track charted in 53 countries and regions, including reaching number one in Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, and Taiwan, while also charting in major markets like Japan, France, Germany, Canada, and the UK, demonstrating its global popularity.
By midnight on October 13, Jennie’s Mantra had also topped real-time charts on Korea's major music platform Bugs and reached number one on the iTunes Top Songs chart in 57 countries, including the U.S., Brazil, Singapore, the Philippines, and Mexico, marking a successful solo comeback. Notably, Jennie became the first female K-pop solo artist to reach number one on the U.S. iTunes Top Songs chart this year with Mantra.
