BTS’s Jungkook continues his record-breaking streak with the enduring popularity of his solo album GOLDEN.
Jungkook’s first solo album, GOLDEN, ranked 47th on Spotify’s latest Weekly Top Albums Global chart for the week of January 24–30. Since its release in November 2023, GOLDEN has remained on the chart for a total of 65 weeks, showcasing its immense staying power. Jungkook has extended his record as the first and longest-charting Asian solo artist on the Weekly Top Albums Global chart, further highlighting his global popularity.
Additionally, Jungkook’s solo single Seven ranked 78th on Spotify’s Weekly Top Songs Global chart for the same period, marking its 81st consecutive week on the chart with a six-spot rise from the previous week. Seven has also set a new record as the first and longest-charting song by an Asian solo artist on this chart, with an impressive 81-week run.
Jungkook’s achievements don’t stop there—he also ranked 156th on Spotify’s Global Top Artists chart, securing his place for the 88th week. These milestones underscore Jungkook’s continued record-breaking success in both albums and singles on Spotify.
