BOYNEXTDOOR Sets Personal Records, Breaking Free from the ‘Zico’s Idol’ Label

Boy group BOYNEXTDOOR (members Sungho, Riwoo, Myung Jaehyun, Taesan, Leehan, and Woonhak) has broken into the Top 10 of the Melon Weekly Chart, marking a significant milestone in their career.

Their digital single “I LOVE YOU Only Today” ranked 9th on the Melon Weekly Chart for the period of January 27 to February 2, climbing three spots from the previous week. This marks the group’s first time entering the weekly top 10 since the song’s release. Initially debuting at 32nd place, the track has steadily gained popularity thanks to positive listener feedback. It also secured the 10th spot on the Bugs Weekly Chart during the same period.

“I LOVE YOU Only Today” achieved a new personal best on the Melon Daily Chart, reaching 8th place as of February 2. On Apple Music Korea’s Top 100 Today (as of February 1), the song maintained the No. 1 spot for 24 consecutive days. Additionally, it charted for two consecutive weeks on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart (as of February 1) and has been ranked on Spotify’s Daily Viral Top Songs Global for 12 consecutive days, signaling strong long-term success.

The Japanese version of the single, “今日だけ I LOVE YOU (Japanese Ver.)”—released in Japan on January 31—has also been well-received. It entered YouTube Korea’s trending music videos and remained on the list as of 4 p.m. on February 3. Both the Korean and Japanese versions of the song have charted on LINE MUSIC Japan’s Daily Top Songs chart (as of February 2).

BOYNEXTDOOR is currently connecting with their global fanbase, ONEDOOR, through their first solo tour, “BOYNEXTDOOR TOUR 'KNOCK ON Vol.1.’” Having successfully completed shows in Incheon, Tokyo, and Aichi, the group will continue their performances in 13 cities, including Osaka, Miyagi, Fukuoka, Kanagawa, Singapore, Manila, Bangkok, Taipei, Hong Kong, and Jakarta.
