As Mnet reaches its 30th anniversary, the CJ ENM-owned music channel is unveiling a brand renewal alongside a new slogan to mark this milestone.
Since its launch in 1995 as "Music Network", Mnet has spent three decades pioneering diverse music genres, breaking stereotypes, and creating innovative, trend-setting programs. Now, as it steps into its 30th year, Mnet introduces its new slogan, "K-POP GENERATION Mnet," reflecting its commitment to music and its vision for an endless future of possibilities.
30th Anniversary Campaign & Special Programming
Starting in March, Mnet will roll out a brand renewal alongside a special 30th-anniversary campaign.
- On March 6, Mnet will premiere "Mnet 30th Anniversary Chart Show", revisiting iconic moments from legendary programs like ‘MAMA AWARDS,’ ‘Superstar K,’ ‘Show Me The Money,’ and ‘Street Woman Fighter.’
- M Countdown, Mnet’s flagship K-pop chart show, will feature special anniversary segments, retrospectives on its cultural impact, and exclusive performances.
- A series of both online and offline events will celebrate Mnet’s legacy and future.
