NCT’s Mark to Make Solo Debut After 9 Years – First Full Album Drops on April 7
NCT member Mark is finally making his solo debut after nine years in the industry.
According to an exclusive report by Star News on March 10, Mark will release his first full-length solo album on April 7. Initially scheduled for February, the album's release was postponed to April as both Mark and his agency, SM Entertainment, decided to enhance its overall quality and completeness.
Mark had previously teased his solo career with the release of his digital single 200 in May 2023. Later in December, he showcased his powerful rap skills through FRAKKCH, featuring rapper Lee Young-ji.
Mark debuted in April 2016 as part of NCT U with the digital single The 7th Sense. He then joined NCT 127 in July, NCT DREAM in August of the same year, and SuperM in October 2019, making him one of the most active members within the NCT universe. His group, NCT 127, recently won the "Stage of the Year" Daesang and "Best Artist Award" at the 9th Asia Artist Awards (AAA 2024) held in Bangkok, Thailand, in December 2023.
