BTS’s Jungkook has once again proven his global dominance as his solo debut track Seven has entered Spotify’s list of the 90 most-streamed songs of all time.

As of March 14 (KST), Seven, released in 2023, has accumulated 2,251,263,698 streams, securing the 89th spot on Spotify’s all-time most-streamed songs ranking. Notably, Seven is the only song by an Asian artist to enter the top 90.

Jungkook’s Seven has surpassed major global hits like Charlie Puth’s We Don’t Talk Anymore, Sam Smith’s I'm Not The Only One, and Maroon 5’s Payphone, further solidifying its status as a record-breaking track.

Back in January, Seven was ranked 11th among the most-streamed songs from the 2020s on Spotify. The song also achieved multiple milestones, becoming the fastest track in Spotify history to reach 100 million, 900 million, 1 billion, and 1.1 billion streams.

Additionally, Seven made history as the first K-pop soloist song to remain on Spotify’s Daily Top Songs Global chart for a total of 600 days. It also holds the record as the longest-charting song by an Asian solo artist on the Weekly Top Songs Global chart, maintaining its position for an impressive 86 weeks. These achievements further cement Seven as a global mega-hit.
