ZEROBASEONE released the physical album for their 5th mini album, ‘BLUE PARADISE,’ in the United States today (April 4th, local time). ‘BLUE PARADISE’ contains the message that “even sad (BLUE) moments are a part of life, and our efforts to move forward are brilliant and beautiful in themselves.” The album showcases ZEROBASEONE’s enhanced musical capabilities, including their first unit track.
Notably, ZEROBASEONE recorded sales of over 1 million copies on the day of the domestic release of ‘BLUE PARADISE,’ demonstrating their overwhelming presence as a ‘5th generation icon.’ They are the only K-pop group to have achieved ‘million seller’ status with five consecutive albums.
Following their success in dominating domestic and international music charts with ‘BLUE PARADISE,’ ZEROBASEONE is now expanding their activities to the United States with the release of the physical album. US entertainment media, such as ‘Just Jared,’ are already highlighting ZEROBASEONE’s activities, demonstrating their growing popularity in the region.
Furthermore, ZEROBASEONE is opening pop-up stores to commemorate the release of ‘BLUE PARADISE’ at the LINE FRIENDS New York Times Square and LA Hollywood stores starting today. The stores will sell the 5th mini album ‘BLUE PARADISE,’ as well as US-exclusive merchandise and official character goods featuring Zeroni, a collaboration between ZEROBASEONE and LINE FRIENDS. Notably, the LINE FRIENDS New York Times Square store will also feature a handprinting zone for the nine members.
Through this release, ZEROBASEONE is expected to communicate more closely with global fans and solidify their position as a leading group of the 5th generation. All eyes are on ZEROBASEONE to see what new records they will set in the US market, starting with the physical album release and pop-up store openings.
