NCT WISH’s “poppop” Hits the Mark… No. 1 on Korean Charts → Explosive Response on China’s QQ Music

Boy group NCT WISH (NCT Wish) has begun a rapid ascent in popularity with the release of their second mini-album, causing the charts to “poppop” with success.

NCT WISH’s second mini-album, “poppop,” released on April 14th, swept the daily No. 1 spot on major Korean album charts, including Hanteo Chart, Yes24, Hottracks, and the Circle Chart retail album chart, proving NCT WISH’s immense power and popularity. NCT WISH will hold a special offline event, “poppop in the bubble,” on April 15th at 12 PM, 2 PM, and 4 PM at the Songdo Moonlight Festival Park auxiliary stadium, where they will perform the new song “poppop” and other tracks from the album for the first time, introduce the album, and participate in various events with fans. Furthermore, NCT WISH topped the AWA real-time rising chart in Japan with their new song “poppop,” and also ranked 3rd on the QQ Music Trend Peak Chart and 7th on the New Song Chart, China’s largest music platform. Notably, the QQ Music chat event held on the day of the release surpassed 500,000 comments, setting a new record for K-pop artists and demonstrating their explosive response in the local market.

NCT WISH will appear on various music programs, including Mnet’s “M Countdown” on April 17th, KBS 2TV’s “Music Bank” on April 18th, MBC’s “Show! Music Core” on April 19th, and SBS’s “Inkigayo” on April 20th.
