BTS’s Jungkook’s ‘Seven’ Achieves 91st and 90th Weeks on US Billboard Global Charts – New Records for Asian Soloists

BTS’s Jungkook has achieved another milestone with ‘Seven,’ setting new records on the US Billboard charts and demonstrating his global popularity.

According to the latest Billboard charts released on April 19th, Jungkook’s debut solo single ‘Seven,’ released in July 2023, charted for its 90th week on the ‘Global 200’ chart. ‘Seven’ ranked at 134th place and extended its record as the first and longest-charting song by an Asian solo artist, maintaining its position for 90 weeks.

On the ‘Global (excluding the US)’ chart, ‘Seven’ ranked 72nd, also setting a new record as the first and longest-charting song by an Asian solo artist for 91 weeks.

‘Seven’ continues its long-standing record on Spotify, the world’s largest music streaming platform.

Jungkook’s ‘Seven’ has been on the Spotify ‘Weekly Top Songs Global’ chart, one of Spotify’s main charts, for a total of 92 consecutive weeks, renewing the record as the first and longest-charting song by an Asian solo artist.

Recently, ‘Seven’ surpassed 2.3 billion streams on Spotify, ranking 85th among the most streamed songs of all time.
