KiiiKiii Unveils “GROUNDWORK” MV

The “Gen Z美” group KiiiKiii (Jiyu, Isol, Suie, Haeum, and Kiya) surprised fans with the sudden release of the music video for “GROUNDWORK,” a track from their debut album “UNCUT GEM.”
Starship Entertainment uploaded the “GROUNDWORK” music video to their official YouTube channel on April 24th. The video was filmed before KiiiKiii’s debut and was released as a surprise gift to fans to commemorate one month since the release of the “UNCUT GEM” album, drawing even more attention.
The video begins by illuminating the members in a darkened gymnasium with the lights off. Haeum starts by singing towards the camera as if telling a story, and a mysterious button appears. After traveling through various spaces – an empty playground, a mystical jungle, and a labyrinth filled with clocks – KiiiKiii welcomes a new beginning of “graduation” and walks forward together.
KiiiKiii officially debuted with the title track “I DO ME” and achieved remarkable success, winning a trophy on a terrestrial music show just 13 days after their debut. They concluded their music show promotions for “UNCUT GEM” on April 12th. Amidst this, the newly released “GROUNDWORK” music video showcases KiiiKiii’s unexpected and different charm, further raising expectations for their future activities.
