Comprehensive content company RBW (hereinafter RBW) has released an audiobook content featuring spatial audio based on AI voice technology.

According to RBW, this audiobook project was carried out through the Gyeonggi Content Promotion Agency's "Mutual Open Innovation" project.

RBW explained that the audiobook was produced by training AI on the voices of YOUNG POSSE, a hip-hop group under RBW and DSP Media, reflecting the artists' unique vocal tones and speech patterns. Audio Guy Co., Ltd., a producer of spatial audio content, participated in the production.

RBW stated, "This audiobook is significant as it was created based on fans' creative stories. By combining AI voice technology with spatial audio production, it offers a listening experience distinct from existing audio content, representing a new form of content co-created by artists and fans."

The audiobook "Silent? No, Sir" is a hip-hop youth rebellion drama set in a strict girls' boarding school where everything is controlled, following the story of five girls who find freedom through music.
